This Cookie Policy explains how Service Rewards Plus LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies for Service Rewards+. It covers our website at https://servicerewardsplus.com, our web portals, and how our mobile app is different.

This policy works together with our Privacy Policy. Read both to understand how we handle your data.

What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

A cookie is a small text file a website saves on your browser. It helps the site remember things, like keeping you signed in.

We also use similar technologies, including:

• Local storage and IndexedDB — storage in your browser or app that holds data, such as your login session.
• Software development kits (SDKs) — code built into the app from trusted providers (like Firebase) that helps the app run.
• Device identifiers — codes used to keep the app working and to prevent fraud.

We group these into two simple types:

• Strictly necessary — needed for the App or site to work (for example, signing you in).
• Functional — used to remember choices, like your language.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

The Mobile App

The Service Rewards+ mobile app does not place cookies on your device. Instead, it uses:

• Firebase Authentication storage — keeps you signed in after you enter your one-time code.
• Firebase install ID hash — a one-per-device code used to prevent fraud (such as claiming a sign-up bonus more than once).
• Push notification token (FCM) — lets us send you notifications you allow.
• Crashlytics — collects crash and basic performance data so we can fix problems. This data does not identify you.

None of these are advertising or tracking tools. You can read more about these in our Privacy Policy.

The Website and Web Portals

Our website and web portals (for example, dealership admin tools) use a small number of cookies and similar storage. We expect to use these types:

We do not place advertising cookies, social media trackers, or third-party analytics cookies on our site. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Who Sets These Technologies

• Us — for sign-in, security, and remembering your choices.
• Google / Firebase — our service provider, which powers sign-in, the database, messaging, and crash reporting. Google handles this data under its own data processing terms: https://cloud.google.com/terms/data-processing-addendum

We do not allow third parties to use cookies on our site for advertising.

Your Choices

You have control over cookies and similar technologies.

In Your Browser

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. You can also use private or incognito mode. If you block strictly necessary cookies or storage, you may not be able to sign in or use the site properly.

In the Mobile App

You can manage some choices in the App and on your device:

• Notifications — turn push notifications on or off in App settings or your device settings.
• Marketing — opt out of marketing messages in App settings. Service notifications still work.
• Account deletion — delete your account in the App to remove your data (see our Privacy Policy).

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for how to respond to it. Because we do not track you across other sites or apps, our practices already match the intent of that signal.

Consent

Where the law requires consent for non-essential cookies (for example, in the EU and UK), we will ask before we use them. Because our site currently uses strictly necessary and functional storage only, you may see a short notice rather than a full consent banner. We will update this if we ever add cookies that need consent.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy. If we make a material change, we will post the update here and, where it affects the App, give you an in-app notice at least 30 days before it takes effect.
