The Problem
Most Service Customers Never Return
Dealers spend big to win customers, but most never come back for maintenance and repairs. With no reason to return, your service drive loses revenue every month and customers defect to the quick lube and independents.
Lost repeat business
Declining retention rates
Low customer engagement
Service reminders ignored
No incentive to return
The Solution
A Service Retention Engine Built For Dealerships
Customers earn real value every time they service their vehicle, which builds the habit of coming back to your store.
Step 01
Service Vehicle
A customer brings their vehicle in. Their paid repair order flows from your DMS into Service Rewards+ automatically, with no extra step for your team.
Step 02
Earn Points Automatically
Points post automatically on customer-pay work at the earn rate you set. Warranty, internal, and goodwill repairs are excluded automatically.
Step 03
Redeem Rewards & Return Again
Customers redeem rewards in your service drive and get a reason to book the next visit, turning a one-time RO into a repeat customer.
Why Dealers Choose Service Rewards+
Results your fixed ops department can measure: more repeat visits, stronger retention, and loyal customers who keep coming back.
Increase RO Count
Every reward gives customers a reason to book their next service with you. More repeat visits means more repair orders flowing through your service lane.
Boost Retention
Stay connected between visits so customers don’t drift to the quick lube down the street. Keep service relationships active long after the factory warranty ends.
Reward Loyalty
Points on every customer-pay repair order turn occasional visitors into long-term, returning customers who choose your service drive first.
Automated Engagement
Points post automatically from your DMS and service reminders go out on their own. Your team rewards loyalty without adding a single step at the service desk.
Dealer Branding
Your logo, your store name, your offers, front and center on every customer’s phone. Each interaction builds your brand, not a third-party app.
Actionable Insights
Track repeat-visit cadence, enrollment, redemptions, and campaign engagement by store and advisor. These are the retention metrics fixed ops actually acts on.

Return On Investment
Retention Drives Revenue
Service Rewards+ is built to move the numbers fixed ops lives by: more repeat customers, more frequent service, stronger relationships, and higher lifetime value. As your pilot runs, your dealer dashboard fills in the results for your store.
Repeat Service Visits
A standing reason to come back drives more return visits to your service drive instead of the competitor down the road.
Repair Order Count
More returning customers means more repair orders flowing through your lane — without raising advertising spend.
Customer Lifetime Value
Customers who keep returning are worth more over time. Loyalty compounds into higher lifetime value per household.
Service Customer Retention
Staying connected between visits reduces attrition and keeps customers loyal to your service department long-term.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about getting started with Service Rewards+.
How long does setup take?
Most pilots are configured within the first week of the two-month pilot. Timing depends on how quickly your team can grant access to scheduled DMS exports and approve your branded customer app assets.
What DMS do you integrate with?
Dealertrack is supported today via a Windows sync agent that watches your scheduled DMS exports and posts repair orders into Service Rewards+. Other DMS platforms that can export CSV or XLSX to a folder can be onboarded through a passthrough import template. Ask us during the pilot conversation.
What kind of ROI can I expect?
ROI depends on your service mix, advisor headcount, and current repeat-visit cadence. The two-month pilot is intentionally short so you can measure enrollment and repeat-visit lift against your own baseline before committing month-to-month.
Why push notifications instead of SMS?
SMS marketing for dealers is a class-action minefield. TCPA violations carry $500–$1,500 in statutory damages per non-compliant message, and auto dealers are a top plaintiff target. Service Rewards+ uses in-app push notifications instead, which are not subject to TCPA, no 10DLC carrier registration, no per-message fees, no STOP-keyword paper trail. Consent is granted at the OS level when the app is installed.
How are points calculated, and can warranty work inflate balances?
Points are awarded only on what the customer actually paid. Warranty, internal, and goodwill repairs are correctly excluded. Calculation happens server-side, so a compromised dealership machine cannot inflate balances. Service transactions for customers who haven’t downloaded the app yet are backfilled automatically when they sign up later.
What does it cost?
$1,499 for the two-month pilot. After that, $2,999 per month, cancel anytime. No long-term contract. Additional rooftops are quoted separately.

Service Retention ROI Calculator
Estimate it against your own service drive.
Enter your own service-drive numbers and set an assumed retention lift. The calculator estimates the incremental repeat repair orders and annual service revenue that lift could represent — using only the figures you provide.
Estimate based on the figures you entered — not a guarantee. Incremental repeat ROs = monthly ROs × current repeat rate × assumed lift; annual revenue = incremental ROs × average RO value × 12. Your actual results depend on your service mix, advisor headcount, and current retention.
